Massage Therapy for Vertigo, Meniere's
Meniere's disease affects the inner ear, the seat of hearing and balance. During an attack, the person feels dizzy and sick, their hearing is dominated by a hissing or roaring sound and one or both ears feel full to bursting point. The disease seems to be caused by a problem with the fluid inside the hearing and balance mechanism of the ear.

Bai Hui Point
The midway on a line connecting the apes of both ears, on the centre of vertex. Wrap up head with the hands and get down oppression lightly by thumb.

Qiao Yin Point
In the temporal region, posterior to the auricle and superior to the mastoid process, at the junction of the middle and lower thirds of a curved line. Massage the point by forefinger.

Feng Chi Point
The crater on the hairline of the back neck, near by the big muscle. Wrap up head with the hand and massage it by thumb for 1-3 minutes slowly.

Xin Shu Point
On the upper back, 1. 5 cfinger's breadth lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of the fifth thoracic vertebra. Press the back and massage the point by thumb for 1-3 minutes.

Tai Xi Point
Inboard of malleolus. In depression midway between the tip of the medial malleolus and the attachment of the achilles tendon. Wrap up malleolus with the hands and massage it for 1-3 minutes.
